METHOD; In this project we were given the brief of reproducing the Scarface hot tub scene and sent the reference image seen here, with a turnaound time of a week. With a limited budget we had to start with an inflatable hot tub and worked around that from there. We built a false floor from steel deck and walling of the room to bring the set to the level of the hot tub. From there dressing the set to match the scene in the iconic film. Aswell as dressing the set we also created the marble veneer hot tub surround to match the reference image.
