PROJECT: Med Gardens

VENUE: Iberica, Canary Wharf. Red Lion & Sun, Highgate. Iberica, Manchester.

METHOD: Starting from reference images on the Gin Mare website we pitched an idea of Gin Mare Med Garden activation, turning that into moodboards and then into visuals of the end product. We began with an overall design that was then modified to be site specific at each venue.

The design consisted of a pergola structure canopy dressed in faux greenery that included the ingredients of Gin Mare. Along with that bespoke tables, lighting made from Gin Mare bottles and branding was introduced to the de- sign. At Canary Wharf we also brought in swing seat to add as photo opportunity.
