Livesey Place was a former carpentry workshop that when left empty had attracted break ins, parties and squatters. The location had attempted to be secured through traditional means but unfortunately was still prone to break ins. We worked with the owners in bringing together a viable solution that consisted of mix of traditional security solutions alongside security through usage. Once an appropriate usage had been decided upon our team got to clearing and making good the site. 10 tons of rubbish was cleared from the site along with key areas being refurbished in order to host creative projects safely. The site now hosts filming and events projects with a capacity up to 500 people.
