At the start of 2016 we converted a rundown workshop in Greenwich into an arts, studio and event space called The Old Joinery. At the end of 2019 we were given the opportunity to take on the whole site where the The Old Joinery is located. In taking on the whole site we converted the layout to maximise its potential to accommodate the event & film industry whilst also utilising the previously vacant spaces turning them into a mix of residential, creative, and industrial units. We progressed the space further with a succesful license application that cemented the space as an events venue for the local area and creative indusrty.
